20 Hour SAFE Comprehensive: 20 Hour MLO Prelicensure Course
This national prelicensure course provides the full 20 hours of instruction for prospective mortgage loan originators, including 3 hours of federal law, 3 hours of ethics, 2 hours of non-traditional mortgage lending, and 12 hours of electives. The curriculum covers mortgage regulations, consumer-focused practices, loan programs, disclosures, qualification fundamentals, mortgage math, and core origination processes through instructional lessons, review questions, case studies, and a comprehensive final exam.

Comprehensive Exam Prep combines concise SAFE MLO exam summaries, full-length practice exams, and crossword review puzzles for candidates preparing for the NMLS national test.
Refund Policy
- Full refund before starting. Refund 100% of the amount paid if within 30 days of purchase and you have not started any included course.
- Partial refund after starting. Refund 10% of the amount paid if you have started an included course and at least one included course is still incomplete and within 3 days of first course start.
